This odd little drawing I made on July 24, 2012. I used a Lamy Vista Fountain Pen with an extra fine nib and Waterman Intense Black ink; and a Waterman Fountain Pen with a medium nib and Waterman South Sea Blue ink; in a Moleskine notebook.
The joints in my hands were aching, it seems, especially so when I wanted to draw the straightest lines! I hope you like another of my odd little drawing.
Thank you!
This has an Oceania feel about it, thus my delight on viewing the piece. Much indigenous craft decries straight lines as they are an anomaly in nature. The suggestion of color is like a secret being revealed or perhaps more work to come to please us.
ReplyDeleteMarvelous! I see an Oriental influence in it. It's not odd -- it's unique!
ReplyDeleteLove the drawing!
ReplyDeleteThis is pure Art, Kwee - I love it.
ReplyDeleteThe intricacy is stunning. With your permission, a copy of this will go alongside your other drawing that is on the wall near my computer.
Fascinating! Mom and I both enjoy 'odd' things :) This is wonderful! Has a hint of Escher in it butt uniquely its own. Looking forward to seeing more of your odd little drawings! :D
ReplyDeleteWaggin at ya,
Roo
Nice drawing...I like it!
ReplyDeleteThankyou for coming by to visit Charlotte. I don't blog much these days and only visit old furriends. However, there is a Halloween Party, both on blog and FB. Please come along and support Charlotte. Not sure how long she is going to be with us. At least till Christmas, anyway.
